This is a one-day course during which we will cover the History of Reiki, the Theory of Reiki and the practical aspects of performing Reiki.

You will recieve your Attunement and spend time practicing. You will recieve a full colour Manual and a Journal to record your experiences. After successful completion you will recieve a printed certificate.

You also will have continued mentorship with me and access to a members-only section of the website where I have several useful resources.

The course is fully recognised and crredited to the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) - The largest leading independent professional accreditation board worldwide, specialising in certifying alternative therapists, practitioners, healers, and training providers who practice holistic and alternative therapies.

A Reiki attunement is a spiritual process where a Reiki Master connects a student to universal life force energy, enabling them to channel it for healing. It’s performed during training and involves rituals like using sacred symbols and gestures to open the student's energy pathways.

The experience varies but may include sensations, emotional shifts, or deep relaxation. A 21-day self-healing period often follows to adjust to the new energy flow.

Have you been wishing to learn Reiki Healing? This may be for your own personal healing or to help those around you. Reiki Level 1, or First Degree, is the starting point for your Reiki Journey and enables you to give Reiki to yourself and to your family and friends.

Following your attunement, I will contact you on days: 1, 7, 14 and 21 to see how you are progressing. This is your opportunity to check in with me, ask any questions you may have or share changes you may have felt etc.

I will be here as your Mentor for as long as you need me. This is my ongoing commitment to you.
